Safin De Coque
Safin De Coque is the son of Nigerian Highlife Legend, Late Chief Dr. Oliver De Coque. He is a songwriter and performing artiste. He hails from Umudiala, Ezinifite, Nnewi South, Anambra State.
Safin is a graduate of Theatre Arts of Lagos State University.
He was mentored and blessed by his father to be a great artiste but, unlike his father, his choice of music genre is Hip-Hop and Hip Life.
He has been able to remix and sample some of his father’s classics hits like IDENTITY and BIRI KA MBIRI respectively.
His birth name is Darlington Arinzechukwu Akanite and he have worked with artists like his late father, Chief Dr. Oliver de Coque, Phyno and Tolu of Project Fame, to mention but a few.
His song NWAFOR, featuring Phyno is a banger anytime.
He is currently in the studio working on a whole lot of projects.
